From the Vault: Ax of Demolition — Hall of Famer, With a Date Against Team 3D
Before Demolition's long-overdue WWE Hall of Fame induction earlier this year, Bill "Ax" Eadie sat down with Infamous Jay Moore in February 2024 for a wide-ranging conversation about the Demolition years — the record-setting tag title reigns, the face paint, and what made Ax and Smash one of the most feared teams of their era. The interview lives in Jay's podcast archive, and with Demolition back in the spotlight, it's time it came out of the vault.
And Ax and Smash aren't finished. Demolition is announced to face Team 3D at FSW's Breaks Convention VII on Saturday, February 6, 2027, at the BEC Arena in Manchester — two of the most decorated tag teams in wrestling history on the same card. As always in wrestling, cards are subject to change. The pair have stayed active on the convention circuit in the meantime, including an appearance at 80s Wrestling Con on October 31.
