River Lions Fans Can Win the VIP Room for All of 2027
The Niagara River Lions may be in their off-season, but the Den is already calling. The team's November report leads with a fan contest: purchase or renew your 2027 season tickets by November 30 and you're entered to win season-long access to the VIP Room at every River Lions home game next year. Already a season ticket holder? You're automatically entered — nothing extra to do.
There's more in the report for Niagara families. The River Lions' Fall PA Day Camps run November 27 and December 21 at Canada Games Park — co-ed, ages 5 to 14, 9 AM to 2:30 PM — and every camper goes home with a ticket to a 2027 home game.
And the current Lions are representing Niagara around the world this winter: Khalil Ahmad is averaging 22.5 points a game in Mongolia, Keonte Kennedy is putting up 14.1 points and 7 rebounds a night in Finland, and Cole Long is averaging 11.4 points in Britain.
You'll also see the team around the community this month, including the Welland Santa Claus Parade on November 21 and the Thorold Santa Claus Parade on November 28.
As for me, I expect to be back at the Meridian Centre next summer selling 50/50 tickets for Crime Stoppers of Niagara when the River Lions season opens — see you in the Den.
